Early Childhood

Interventions in early childhood are aimed at improving outcomes later in life. There are many reasons a child’s development may have gone off course. Regardless, language development (including pre-linguistic development) is a key predictor of future school success and cognitive development.

My goal is to provide interventions, family education, and resources to improve caregivers’ understanding and confidence in supporting pre-linguistic and emergent language.

Late talkers may start talking and “graduate”, and other children may continue in speech therapy for several years. No matter the case, it has been proven that early intervention makes an impact on development!

Is your child 2 or 3 and not talking yet? Are you done with the "wait and see" approach? Need advice for increasing communication attempts?
